Often, yes. New subscribers are usually offered a short free trial, typically about a week. You'll need to add a payment method, and the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends — set a reminder the day you start.
How to Cancel Snapchat Plus
You cancel wherever you paid:
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Snapchat → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Snapchat → Cancel.
- Inside Snapchat: Profile → Snapchat+ card → manage subscription, which links you to the right store.
